Payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability can depend on your location, currency and payment provider. Review the final amount, shipping charges and any applicable taxes before confirming payment.

Payment confirmation

After checkout, check the on-screen order result and your confirmation email. A pending bank authorization does not necessarily mean an order has been completed. If you are unsure, contact us before attempting another payment to avoid duplicate orders.

If a payment is declined

Check your payment details and billing address, then follow the message shown by your payment provider. A decline can have several causes, including insufficient funds or a bank security check. Contact your bank or payment provider for the specific reason.
